Meet Mariko (aka Mari)
Speech-Language Pathologist, AAC Specialist
Mariko is a Speech Therapist dedicated to building and fostering language and communication.
She has supported children and their families from a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds with diverse communication needs in school and clinic settings, and has a passion for early intervention and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Mariko provides strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally-responsive therapy that places the whole child and their family at the center.
Mariko spends her free time crafting, trying to read more books than she buys, going on walks, and eating noodles with her husband.
